Thanks! I printed that out and am posting it several places in the attic where the tree rats like to congregate. Mmmmm, skwerl, it’s not just roadkill, anymore!

I think I’ll pass. But, if anyone would like to dine on the squirrels that are perpetually in the attic, I’d be happy to let them have the pesky little rodents.

Squirrel is, as game meats go, relatively mild (if a little too high on the bone to meat ratio for my tastes). They’re also easy to skin, which simplifies prep. Keep it in mind if the economy keeps on its present downward-facing dog trajectory.

For me, I think my squirrel-eating days are over unless I wind up at my Aunt Mouse’s house for Sunday dinner.
