Have you heard the one about Sarah Palin sleeping with her husband’s business partner? No. Well, the McCain-Palin campaign wants to be sure you hear it from them first.
W. T. F? Ok, so this comes from the National Enquirer…who, it must be said, is on something of a roll with politicians who sleep around. Still, who reads the Enquirer? And is it really wise to fan such a story?
More subject changing and loud harrumphing. Really. Next she’ll be shaving her head and flashing her ladybits to papparazzi.

And, after their anguished pleas that the Palin familie’s “personal issues” not be grist for the political mill, they bring the hockeystudmuffin along with the family. WTF is it with these people.
I have a friend who is a fairly staunch catholic (although he did get a divorce) and once, about 30 years ago, in a moment of pique, I said “Jesusfuckingchrist”. He admonished me about it. I asked him if it was true that he was sleeping with his then girlfriend (later wife)? He said, “yeah?”. I said, “Well, I had nuns in the family and did 13 years of Baltimore Catechism indoctrination. I’m pretty sure that taking the Lord’s name in vain was not of quite the same import as FUCKING SOMEBODY WHO’S NOT YOUR WIFE!!”. We both laughed our asses off, he’s not corrected me since. If only the Religious Wrong could get something like a sense of proportion.
